1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantCore.AI ("the Platform"), available at qntcore.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Notify us immediately at info@qntcore.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund policy: No refunds are issued after the 15-day trial period. If you cancel within the trial, you will not be charged.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to trading signals, analysis, data visualizations, AI models, algorithms, software, text, graphics, and logos — is the proprietary property of QuantCore.AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform beyond approved API access
• Redistribute, resell, or republish any signals, analysis, or data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized third-party access
• Exceed API rate limits or abuse automated access beyond your plan's allocation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access

7. API Usage Terms

If your subscription includes API Trading Terminal access, you are subject to rate limits and usage quotas defined by your plan. API keys are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys. We reserve the right to throttle or revoke API access for abuse or excessive usage.

Past performance of any signal, strategy, or analysis presented on the Platform does not guarantee future results. Market conditions change, and no analytical tool or AI model can predict outcomes with certainty. You acknowledge that all trading and investing involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with or displays data from third-party providers, including but not limited to Unusual Whales, Polygon.io, and other external data sources. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where QuantCore.AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance.

Sports betting analytics and prediction market features on the Platform are provided for analysis and informational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal gambling laws in their jurisdiction. QuantCore.AI does not facilitate, encourage, or endorse gambling activity.

AI-generated insights, predictions, and analysis may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. AI models are probabilistic in nature and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision. Always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial professional.

19. Data Accuracy & Delays

While we strive for accuracy, real-time market data displayed on the Platform may be subject to delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies. Data is sourced from third-party providers and is presented "as is." We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data.

20. Regulatory Status

QuantCore.AI is not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or in any other capacity with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any state or international regulatory body. No content on this Platform should be interpreted as a regulated financial service.
