Disclosures
Version 2026-10-16. See also the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Exhibit A: General Disclaimer
QuantCore AI Corporation ("QuantCore") publishes market data, quantitative analysis and model-generated signals for informational and educational purposes only. All signals are impersonal: they are generated once and distributed in identical form to every subscriber, without regard to any subscriber's financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance or existing holdings. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, option, futures contract or other financial instrument, and nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. QuantCore is not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority or any state securities regulator. Any decision to trade, and every determination of whether, when and in what amount to trade, is made solely by you. Trading in securities and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested.
Exhibit B: Risk Disclosure Statement
Before using this platform you should understand the following. (1) Securities and options prices are volatile and may move rapidly and adversely. (2) Signals are generated by automated analysis of historical and delayed market data and may be inaccurate, untimely or invalidated by subsequent events; a signal may be withdrawn after you have acted on it. (3) Simulated and historical performance is not indicative of future results, and no representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown. (4) Options are complex instruments that may expire worthless; the purchaser of an option may lose the entire premium, and the writer of an option may incur losses substantially exceeding the premium received. (5) Trading on margin or with borrowed funds magnifies losses. (6) Delayed market data means that prices displayed on this platform may differ materially from prices available at the time an order is executed. (7) You should trade only with funds whose loss would not affect your financial condition. (8) If you do not understand a signal, an instrument or a risk described here, you should not act on it.
Exhibit C: Performance Presentation Disclosure
The figures presented on this page are derived by evaluating every signal published by QuantCore during the stated period against the reference price levels contained in that signal, at fixed intervals following publication. Results designated "paper" or "simulated" reflect no actual transactions and no actual money. Simulated results do not reflect brokerage commissions, bid-ask spreads, slippage, financing costs, taxes or the market impact of actual orders, each of which would reduce realized results. Simulated results are subject to inherent limitations, including that the evaluation methodology was designed with the benefit of hindsight and that no simulated record can account for the effect of financial risk in actual trading, such as the ability to adhere to a particular program in the face of trading losses. All signals in the period are included; no signals have been excluded or selected. Sample sizes and evaluation periods are stated beside each figure; figures based on small samples are statistically unreliable. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results.
Exhibit D: Market Data Delay Notice
Market data displayed on this platform, and all data from which signals are derived, is delayed by not less than fifteen minutes from the time of the underlying market activity. Each signal states the time at which its data was captured. Prices may have changed materially since that time. QuantCore does not provide real-time quotations.
Exhibit E: Options Disclosure
Options involve risk and are not suitable for all investors. Prior to buying or selling an option, a person must receive a copy of Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, published by The Options Clearing Corporation, available at theocc.com and from your broker. Options signals published on this platform are informational only and do not constitute a recommendation to establish any options position. By enabling options signals you confirm that you have read that document.
Exhibit F: Live Trading Acknowledgment
Each of the following statements must be separately affirmed before Live Trading is enabled.
- I am at least eighteen years of age, I am a resident of the United States, and the brokerage account I am connecting is held in my own name.
- I understand that QuantCore signals are impersonal information published to all subscribers, that they are not investment advice, and that QuantCore has no knowledge of my financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.
- I have reviewed the Track Record and the Performance Presentation Disclosure, and I understand that simulated results do not predict actual results.
- I understand that every order is sized exclusively from risk parameters that I have entered, that I may set any parameter to no limit, and that QuantCore's only limit is a $250,000 per-order ceiling intended to prevent erroneous entry, which is not risk management on my behalf.
- I understand that every order I approve, and every order placed under a standing instruction I create, is transmitted to my own brokerage account on my own authority, and that I bear sole responsibility for its consequences.
- I understand that market data is delayed and that execution prices may differ from the prices shown in a signal or proposal.
- I understand that I may revoke QuantCore's access to my brokerage account at any time through my broker, and that doing so immediately terminates all order transmission.
- I have read and accept the Terms of Service, the Risk Disclosure Statement and the General Disclaimer.
Exhibit G: Standing Instruction Acknowledgment
You are creating a standing instruction. While it remains active, orders meeting its conditions will be transmitted to your brokerage account without further confirmation from you. The instruction reads: "[the standing instruction you author]" This instruction was authored by you. QuantCore will execute it mechanically and will not evaluate the merits of any individual order placed under it. You may suspend all standing instructions at any time by a single control. By affirming below you authorize this instruction and accept responsibility for every order transmitted under it.
Exhibit H: Signals API and MCP Server Terms of Use
- License. Subject to these terms, QuantCore grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access signals and related data through the Signals API and MCP Server for your own use, including use by software that you operate.
- Restrictions. You shall not sell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or otherwise make available the data or signals to any third party, and shall not use the data to build a competing data product.
- Data. All data is delayed by not less than fifteen minutes and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose.
- Orders. QuantCore does not place orders through the Signals API or MCP Server. You are solely responsible for any order placed by software under your control.
- Availability. QuantCore may modify, suspend or discontinue the API or any endpoint upon thirty days' notice, or immediately where required for security or legal compliance. Rate limits apply.
- Incorporation. The General Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure Statement are incorporated by reference.
Exhibit I: Brokerage Credentials and Data Retention
When you connect a brokerage account, QuantCore receives an access token issued by your broker. QuantCore stores that token encrypted at rest and uses it solely to retrieve account balances and positions required for proposal sizing and to transmit orders that you have approved or authorized by standing instruction. QuantCore does not receive or store your brokerage password. You may revoke the token at your broker at any time, which disables all order transmission immediately. Records of orders, approvals, standing instructions and risk-gate determinations are retained for seven years and may be produced to regulators or courts upon lawful request.
